This app is still not usable after all these years. The ServiceNow legacy app functioned the same as if accessed via the web browser. This app does not allow you to assign tickets in your group queue to yourself. Nor does it allow you to change the group it is assigned too.
When adding comments, the screen changes orientation ignoring the the orientation lock already set. Very strange behavior and only happens with this app.
Doesn't include any favorites from the SN webpage. Can't change on call pager because it never loads group members.
"Required browser not found" and takes me to the Play Store for Chrome... which is already installed.
