this mobile app does not work for mobile devices. after successfully authenticating and using the MFA code that was sent, the application loads and then says that I'm using this on a mobile device and mobile devices are not supported. what's the point of having a mobile app for a mobile device that you can't use on mobile devices? I still have to go use my PC to go look at my support case because I can't use my cell phone with this application. Will reinstall when it's usable
I guess the app looks OK, but you shouldn't force people to use it when they try to access knowledge on browser. Page loads just fine to show article and then jumps to "you're using mobile so the page doesn't work" page. Also knowledge isn't opened automatically on the app when you access the site. Knowledge applet seems broken as it just fails to load the applet. I was forced to download the app to see articles and since the knowledge applet didn't work this didn't provide any value for me.
Can't get it to work. Keeps saying signing in then taking me to a page that says "looks like you're on a mobile device... Now support is not available on a mobile device" then it redirects me to the app store and round and round I went. Tried resetting it a few times then gave up and found a laptop. It's clearly running within your default browser (in my case Chrome) and getting itself confused.
The Support portal forces you to download this app to use the portal on a mobile device. The app itself doesn't work at all. I cannot switch Companies, Instances, anything of that sort. If you're going to FORCE people to use the app, at least have a working app to begin with.
