Some apps are distributed as Split APKs (multiple .apk files packaged together) to optimize resources. Standard Android installers cannot open them.
Now Mobile allows pre-hires, new hires, and employees to find answers and get stuff done across IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Legal and other departments, all from a modern mobile app powered by the Now Platform®.
Examples of things you can do in the app:
• IT: Request a laptop or a reset password
• Facilities: Set up a new workspace or book a conference room
• Finance: Request a corporate credit card
• Legal: Have a new vendor sign an NDA or a new hire sign an onboarding document
• HR: Create or update a profile or check the vacation policy
Powered by the Now Platform®, you can deliver the right digital experiences to your employees from anywhere. With Now Mobile, you can manage workflows across multiple departments and systems, hiding the complexity of backend processes. New hires and employees do not have to know which departments are involved in any given process.
NOTE: This app requires the ServiceNow New York instance or later.

The sign on process for the app requires a 2nd installation. It took 3 successful logins before the app really worked correctly. Now, I'm getting a message I can't sign in because the preferred browser can't be found. The app takes me to Chrome on the Play store (which is already installed) but I'm guessing, since it's a M$ product, they really want to force Edge. This was a lot of wasted time and a useless app.
Can't even push buttons to get started. Got it to work once after reinstalling multiple times, but can't use it again.
Keeps giving error "required browser app not installed" then takes me to Google Chrome which is installed. This is on my S22
Crashes too often... only fix is to reinstall
